warm gloves. the sizing chart is spot on. I was at the edge of the xs and this xs feels just like that, on the verge of being small. I used these in Monterey and was fine. They weren't too bulky. The wrist portion is a little long, but it worked fine with my drysuit seals.

most gloves now have straps at the wrists...that sucks! these dont and they ar simply made so if you do get a seam that lets go its easy to fix.

should have gone for the 3mm. The 5mm is a little too bulky and thick to work with mask & fins just before the long stride.

I bought those gloves because they advertise 100% sealed seams (glued + blind stitched) and cheap and thin to still have dextil feel vs 5mm, but due to POOR workmanship the stitching often goes through making the gloves very leaky - not good for cold water. I spent a longtime sealing all the seams with aquaseals and finally got them where they should be, BUT now the neoprene itself will leak (small air bubbles in the middle of the fabric! never seen new neoprene leak.... cheap gloves unfortunately.

They did what they are suppose to, they kept my hands warm, in 48 degree water. Not much else to say they are made will.

I was worried that 5mm gloves would be too stiff for the dexterity I'll need to pick up small items. But the fit on these gloves is amazing. And they'll be durable enough for the sharp river rock. Very satisfied.
