Shopper : Does anyone here know the length of this harness?Christopher C D : I didn’t measure the exact length but it’s about thirteen feet. Plenty of length for typical routing of a continuous web harness with plenty left to trim.
Shopper : The harness is noted to be two inches, is the crotch strap two inches as well?JASON O : yes, I believe this was the case, 3.5 years ago. We cut it off an installed a narrower one as we use it for tropical diving and just don't want the AL tank rising up.SCOTT H : Yes.JEB S : Assuming you are referring to width not length of the webbing, then yesJOHN C : Yes it is also 2" of softer type webbing appropriate for a crotch strap.
Shopper : Drar Sir: I have read the introduce:Stainless steel D-rings and cam buckle included. Does that means i do not need to buy another Cam band?ADAM R : if i`m reading the question quickly correctly... the cam buckle that was included is for the waist... i purchased cam bands/buckles seperately for the tank. sorry if i am not understanding the question, hopes this helps!JOE S : This system as is, does not come with cam bands. The buckle you are referring to is the waist strap buckle. The cam's come in either stainless or delrin and can be purchased as a pair. This system works better if you use the single tank adapter if you plan on diving it with one tank. However the single tank wings do come with a roll pad so the Single Tank Adapter is not required.
Willis T : I bought this Solo Harness and I have some black flat profile rubber bands in the package. What are they for? I appreciate any help.RODNEY C : These bands are used to secure any loose 2-inch webbing (the harness) to itself. One should be near the buckle to secure the end that's threaded through, one can go on the other side of the buckle to act as a belt keeper and finally one on the crotch strap to secure any slack you want to keep on the end threaded through your back plate. Hope this helps!DAVID C : You can put them to hold the lights or to hold an excessive part of the belt.

Good harness, would recommend.

It’s basically a stap of webbing, comes with nice D rings and stainless buckle, there are removable shoulder pads included which would be nice in warm water diving as the webbing is quite stiff but unnecessary with thicker exposure protection.

Super product takes just an hour or two to set up an adjust with your backplate and wing. Then it's just to go diving, not mutch that could co wrong with this harness

The Hollis Solo Harness System is designed to meet all the needs of demanding technical divers. The Solo Harness System is clean, simple, and foolproof! The Solo's streamlined design enhances comfort with less drag. The Solo's continuous one-piece harness webbing system limits failure potential. Harness is equipped with stainless-steel D-rings with four-pre-bent on the shoulders, two on the waist strap and one on the crotch strap.

The Hollis Solo Harness System has removable shoulder pads that accept additional stainless-steel D-rings. Harness has a stainless-steel latch-style waist buckle. Harness also includes a stainless-steel cam buckle with cylinder strap. All hardware is manufactured from 316-marine-grade stainless-steel. Harness does not include the back-plate. For back plate options (see SKU's: HLSSBP or HLSABP). The Solo Harness System weighs 16 oz. (450 g).
