Great kit, kids the problem.

I really like the kit, but my son's face is too narrow and the mask won't make a seal. I have to find something to fit his face.

Kid's First Snorkel Set - Great Design

The set is our granddaughter's first and we are so excited to have her first experience with this adorable set. The color and character ideas look great which will ease some of the nervousness when she snorkels this first time. The quality of the fins and ease of putting them on is a well thought out product. The carry bag is an extra bonus and fun to carry as well. I am a little confused why I haven't heard back on the price difference problem. I've sent multiple emails asking for the credit for the price difference but no reply. Can you assist?
