GoPro Macro Lens Mod for HERO13 Black Camera

Finally, a Macro Lens that's designed specifically for a GoPro Camera. I put it on the GoPro Hero 13 Black and took some sample videos. I don't count this lens/camera combination as a true Macro as it doesn't appear as a 1:1 object to sensor in size. BUT, it does get objects on focus at less than 4" from the front element, and that's valuable to me. Would be nice to have a narrower field of view, very wide as is. The video quality is crisp at 4k, and you can zoom in later for a 1080p presentation. It out-performs all of the aftermarket macro lens offerings I've used in the past, Including the Flip-4 Pro macro and filter system. YES, it works underwater as is, another bonus. Once you train yourself to keep your camera in that pre-focused zone, you can run and gun without concerns about out of focus issues. At the 2' focus distance, it's less remarkable as you're in the range of cameras without the special lens. Get in and get close for the best results. I'm pleased with the GoPro Hero 13 and this Lens as a kit for all things macro.
