BERNADETTE D : Will it fit at 28” thigh with a 7mm wetsuit?darrick c : Hello Bernadette, it is at the limit but should fit you.
ROLANDO T : I’m a pretty small guy. Thigh measures about 18” mid section of my thigh.  How would this fit? I want to make sure it’s a nice secure fit.  Would be going over a 7MM wetsuit and 3MM wetsuit.darrick c : Hello Rolando, both the upper and lower strap are adjustable so you should be able to get a great fit in both a 7mm and 3mm thickness suits.
Laura B : What is the smallest diameter that the leg band can be made?STEPHANIE D : I bought this last year for myself, I'm 5"3, 130lbs and wear a 7ml suit in Monterey. It was too small for me, so if you're close to my size it might be for you too. It does have a clip so you can attach it to your rig, but for me no matter how much I cinched it down it would be too lose and dangling off my leg when I was trying to climb back into the boat or on shore. Not ideal. It does NOT come with the scissors or the pouch for the scissors which I believe is misleading and Dive-Rite needs to change their photo of it or at least in the description note that it does not come with those pieces.IAN S : Yes. Good thigh pocket?with a slight problem

Dive Rite makes excellent gear. This thigh pocket is no exception. It's roomy, built like a tank, and has 3 separate compartments: the main pocket enclosed by a large Velcro flap, a slim compartment within the flap itself that is sealed by a heavy duty metal zipper, and a third pouch tucked behind the main compartment that runs the full length of the pocket (perfect for a dive slate). This pouch is also sealed with Velcro. It's a little tricky to access it single-handedly, but it's a nice touch. The main compartment had a heavy duty mesh bottom to permit easy drainage, whereas the other two do not. The primary material seems to be the same rugged "fabric" Dive Rite uses for their ultra tough wings. However, despite having two adjustable thigh straps and a third strap that fastens around your waist harness, the pocket doesn't really stay put. The upper thigh strap has some semi-sticky silicone for extra grip, but the pocket still slides around and that can be annoying.

Great pocket!

It takes a little adjusting to make sure it's tight enough when your suit gets squished at depth, but once you've got it, this pocket is awesome. It's got plenty of room for my spare mask, snorkel, flashlight, and a small DSMB with spool. There's a flat pocket behind the main one that fits a slate really nicely, too. I wish my drysuit had pockets this nice.

The Dive Rite Thigh Pocket is now made of tougher, rip resistant 1680-denier ballistic nylon, the thigh pocket is part of Dive Rite's harness accessory pocket line that builds upon technology from the backpacking industry. Dive Rite's Thigh Pocket includes an innovative leg band made of a proprietary material used in bandages. The material holds up to salt water and dries quickly, plus silicone strips placed on the inside of the band grip your exposure suit and keep the leg band in place. At 4" (10cm) in width, the leg band will be comfortable and secure. The pocket is attached via a buckle on the waist belt, allowing a diver to don or doff the thigh pocket without having to unbuckle the waist belt and slide the pocket off.

Inside Dive Rite's new pockets resides a 36" (91.4cm), looped lanyard to clip off reels, line markers and pocket lights. No more fumbling for the right tool, just pull out the lanyard, select the tool you need, and stuff the loaded lanyard back in the pocket. Is the lanyard too long? Simply cut and shorten the cord, re-tie the simple knot and cut off the excess.

The pocket has heavy-duty hook & loop to secure pocket flap and resists sagging and stretching. Nickel plated brass grommets resist rust and corrosion. The pockets internal depth expands from 0.5" to 2.5" (1.3cm to 6.35cm) to accommodate slates, maps, dive tables, spare masks, reels, Jon-Lines and lights. The pocket measures (H x W x D) 10 x 6 x 2.25" (25 x 15 x 5.7cm), and weighs 7.2 oz (204g).
