Like it but could be better

It’s pretty cheap and well made, it’s sturdy and the closing is firm and strong. But the lower part is so wide that doesn’t fit little rings or stuff, just the big ones.

No More Dangles!!

Just like the ones you'll find on $20 accessories

Have used 8-10 of these to fashion custom accessories such as bolt snaps with variable length lanyards, octopus holders, slate tethers, etc. Get yourself some paracord and/or shock cord and go to town. Would also be an excellent replacement for a broken or missing clip - these look just like the ones you find on prepackaged accessories at your LDS. They look and feel like good quality plastic but I haven't used them for long so we'll see.

Excellent addition to my save a dive kit. I don’t like to dangle while diving and these clips are perfect to tighten everything up.

The Dive Rite Wing Retainer Hook is used in combination with SKU: DIV2815 Wing Retainer Loop on previous style Rec -EXP Wing.This style was changed to use gusset control bungee system at the beginning of 2013. The hook /loop system were used to retain the wing when being used for single tank diving to prevent the taco-effect. Each wing used 4 hooks (2 to attach to the loop on the waist webbing, and 2 to attach to the harness or platejust below the diver's shoulders). These hooks attached to the wing via a 1" (2.5cm) sewn-in rectangular loop on the wing. The plastic retainer hooks measures 2 x 1" (5 x 2.5cm) and weigh 0 .2 oz (5.7g).
