ken s : will this work on a mares gun or only Cressi? aren't the two brands owned by the same company? when will they be in stock?GEORGE Y : I have both Mares and Cressi guns. Unfortunately the gauge works only on Cressi guns.Mike T : Hi Ken, This will not work with the Mares Gun. Is only compatible with the Cressi SL Star and SL with Reducer. Cressi and Mares are two completely different company's. Cressi is still and has been a family owned and operated since 1946.

Half baked

Does not work, the center tube that is supposed to push the valve on the speargun in is just freefloating so instead of pushing in the valve to get a reading it just pushes the tube back into the guage. I am going to have to come up with a fix for it when I get home but it did not work during ,y vacation when I needed it. The part should screw in or at lrast have a shoulder so it bottoms out at the right depth.
