Prongs fall out!

Worked well the first time I used it. Second time, one of the prongs literally broke & fell out as I jumped off the boat. Too late I saw it sinking rapidly into the deep. I now have a 2 pronged spear, which is kinda useless so I no longer use it. Not sure how they are fixed in place but there's rust in the shallow hole that's left.
