If he is not yet "adult" size it will probably work.

Way too small

These say "Adult" but it appears to be more appropriate for a youth. I have a normal size face and the skirt of the mask was touching the outside of my eyelids. Needless to say it didn't fit...

Happy...

For the money, the mask is great! No complaints at all... Prefect for a back-up mask or a no-frills primary. Range of vision isn't the best, but it's not bad either. No complaints...

The Perla Mask is particularly suitable for free diving and snorkeling, but just as appropriate for use in Scuba diving. The Perla has two tempered glass lenses with a 100% high quality silicone rubber double feathered edge skirt for a great seal on the face, and will adapt to most people's faces. The Perla is a low volume mask that is easy to clear.

Due to its low volume the mask sits closer to your eyes increasing the masks field of view underwater. Mask has a wide split strap to provide even pressure for a great seal on the face with strong rapid action buckles to adjust the strap quick and easily. The Perla Mask has an easy-to-reach one-hand nose pocket for ear equalization which can be utilized even when wearing thick gloves.
