It is stronger and more durable than natural rubber. It is a polyester-polyurethane copolymer. This Cressi Solo Handex Hood is made from comfortable elastane fabric for added comfort. The material also provides layering and will reduce water flushing to add warmth to your dive. Layering is the key to warmth when we Scuba dive. By layering we breathe slower conserve our air supply allowing us to make longer and more enjoyable dives. The Solo Handex can also be used as a standalone in warm water conditions for protection from the sun biological irritants such as sea lice, and to prevent mask strap getting tangled in hair. All seams are flat lock stitched for strength and comfort.
