Packing this for my second trip and I am debating taking my older travel BCD that is not weight integrated. Love that the weights go in once and you’re done for the trip, but this arrangement leaves little pocket space. There is a roll up pocket but it’s not heavy duty and only secured by Velcro, so I’m uncertain if things will stay in during dives. For a relatively inexpensive travel BCD with integrated weights, it’s a nice buy.

I bought this BC for it's designed purpose, air travel. I have had 6 dives, and it's performance is excellent!

Stitching on out side of integrated weight pockets pulling apart. Not due to the weights as I didn't use the system. I used a weight belt. poor construction. I will be asking for a warranty claim. My wife did not have this problem with her XS and use the integrated weights. I appears to be cosmetic only.

Rear inflation is the way to go!!! Much easier to dive in. I probably used 15% less air because of less drag and weight. Def the way to go. The dive master questioned the durability of the integrated weight pockets- they snap in with plastic connections- but i only dive twice a year...maybe 40 dives so I'm sure it will be fine for me. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. GREAT value

Not tried it yet in pool nor open water; pockets for wts. probably not as fast release as belt w/ wts.; good for travel, since wo/ wts./ pockets, the mBCD weighs less than 5 pounds.

I have had a full BC for a few years and my wife has been renting on trips. We decided she needed her own integrated weight BC but we're worried our gear would go over weight. We decided to purchase 2 (pink for her... With her pink AquaBionic fins, I always know where she is). After our first trip. We couldn't be happier! The Cressi Air Travel 2.0 was a perfect fit for both of us. No binding and felt natural on our bodies. The D rings are solid and we both had good balance on the surface. I would recommend this BC to anyone.

Good looking jacket but lacks quality. The plastic buckle on the chest strap broke the first time I used it. Returned it.

I initially had the Air Travel 1.0 - It was a fantastic BCD. I eventually sold my gear, and began upgrading. I just received the Air Travel 2.0 - I can tell you that Cressi definitely made improvements in the quality of the BCD since the 1.0 - It seems to be more rugged. The chest strap now adjusts to 3 different positions. There is now an additional upper tank strap to help secure the tank (although i never had a problem with the Air Travel 1.0 tank moving). Upgraded D-rings and other minor improvements. I am definitely happy with my purchase. I wish it had a cummerbund, although it does stay very secure when diving. Overall a nice improvement over the Air Travel 1.0

I purchase this BC for my fiance. The unit is extremely lightweight durable and has a nice styling. The only issue she had when diving with it was clearing her air.

Easy pack, easy use, balanced fit. Took it for a week in little Cayman. Very happy. For those who money is no object you may want to find something with a full spare regulator. I already had one on my oct so I was plenty happy.

I love this BC! I have been diving for 11 years and dive regularly as a volunteer diver at our local aquarium. Needed a travel BC due to very strict luggage requirements going on a dive trip to Saba. Trying to get a week's worth of clothes AND all your dive gear under 50 pounds total is REALLY hard to do. Especially, taking U/W photography equipment too! This BC met all the requirements I needed to dive comfortably. The workmanship is quality. The 420 Denier nylon seems very durable and should last a long time. I did purchase 2 - 2lb tank trim pockets so I could shift some weight to the tank area, which worked well. With a back inflate, some people are concerned that you can feel a bit pitched forward at the surface. With my tank trim, I did not feel pitched forward at all. I also swapped out the manual inflator for an Atomic SS1 Air2 to eliminate the need for an octo, which lightened the load as well. (Since the Atomic SS1 comes with multiple adapter sizes and pin sizes for the cable, this was the obvious choice and worked well, since this Cressi BC has a non-standard size on the corrugated hose.) And, although I haven't been a fan of pink in the past, I really have grown fond of the hot pink trim... Adds a bit of a "girly" touch, were most dive equipment is very boring looking, in general. I purchased the SS1 with hot pink trim, so the two look well-matched. The jacket fits like a glove. The shoulder strap and waist strap easily adjust so you don't get any movement from your tank, which was one of my concerns originally. The second tank strap helps keep the tank tight and secure feeling. There is a roll down pocket that I haven't used. Initially, I thought it was going to feel uncomfortable rolled up around the waistline. But, with my 3 mil suit, I don't notice it at all. Thought it would be nice to have a "real" pocket, but actually with this BC, I haven't missed it at all. I bought a small vertical pocket for my eLed dive light, which I secured on a shoulder strap without issue. In addition, I had a small dive slate on a retractor and a pocket snorkel secured to one of the D rings and I never notice them getting in my way. I really enjoyed the fact that the BC is back inflate, as well. For me, it took very little getting used to moving from a jacket style BC to a back inflate BC. The one REAL advantage is that when you add air to the BC, you don't get squeezed at all, like you do in standard jacket style BC. It's very "free-ing" not having the extra material around your chest area. The "lock aid" integrated weight pockets are nice. I wear a size medium, and each pocket can accommodate 10 lbs. The pouches are zippered and REALLY lock in securely and easily. You will hear a well defined "pop" sound when they lock into place. I really appreciate that feature. The whole BC folds over into a VERY compact size. And, the BC comes with a velcro strap to cinch it down into a very tightly rolled shape that took up very little room in my luggage. Love this BC! If you are looking for a BC that is lightweight and still functions like a standard BC, this is the one to buy! I would recommend it to all my female dive buddies!

very nice, extremely light BCD. Folds down very compactly for travel. Sizing runs very big as the small is almost too big for me and I'm 5'8" 160#. Overall I really like this although there is a little bit of a curve getting used to the back inflate vs. vest style I have had for the past 20 yrs. It's hard to tell how much air you have in the BCD without reaching back to feel the bladder, or ask someone. Maybe just something you accommodate to in time and not really a problem, just different. I am a little disappointed that there is no way to add weight in the water without pulling out the integrated weight pouch, unzipping it, adding the extra weight then trying to re-inset the weight pouch as there are no pockets on this BCD. There is a small rolled up bag for extras on the right bottom edge, but I wouldn't put a weight in there. There is an optional trim weight bag you can purchase and slide on the tank straps, but in order to keep weight evenly distributed you would need to buy one for each side, and then your buddy would be the one adding extra weight. Why these aren't part of the BCD to begin with is slightly baffling. One other small annoyance was the fact that the right lower dump pull has a small round hard plastic end that seems to want to float under my tank, and get pressed against my sacrum which is not very comfortable. I had to reach back several times each dive to pull it out, only to have it float back under the tank again. All in all I think it's a great BCD, with many clips and rings to keep all your add-ons (flashlight, rattle, hose clips, etc..) It's definitely lighter and easier to pack than the vest style, and I think as I get used to the new style will enjoy it as much as my vest style.
