Warmest gloves I?ve ever warn. Hard to get the second glove on because dexterity isn?t the best. I?m going through one more winter with them, then I?m switching to dry gloves. I?m comfortable in these gloves down to about 50 degrees. Any colder than that and I?m good for about 30 min with them.

Warm but no good for swimming. They feel like weights in the water. I purchased for cold open water swimming and they do not work. Wish I could return them.

Excellent Mitts. Just broke them out last Saturday and I am very pleased with these. At first, I believed the K-Style mitt would leave my index finger cold, but that was not an issue. I typically layer these with a pair of BlueSeventy tirathalon gloves along with a pair of SharSkin gloves and hot damn the set up is nice! The gauntlet style is perfect for layering over existing gloves; easy to don and doff. The durability seems high and the construction is excellent (to be expected from BARE). I recommend these for layering over existing gloves.

These are fantastic gloves for cold water diving. I like that they go up the forearm and easily fit over my dry suit. My fingers stay plenty warm. After ~150 dives I'm looking to buy new gloves (the only part wearing out is the right pointer finger) and its going to be these. They also easily turn inside out so after rinsing you can dry them completely.

I got fitted out with a 7mm set up, including these mitts, for swimming in ~38 degree F Lake Superior this winter. These mitts allow my fingers to move around and stay warm and nimble in the cold water. I do bring a bucket of warm water to my swim spots to pour into my suit and mitts and boots before getting in the water, which keeps me cozy as can be for about 45 minutes in the water. I've been out in air temps of about +2F and while the mitts freeze after I'm out of the water for a bit, my hands stay warm inside the mitts. There's just enough room I can squeeze all 4 fingers in the larger part if I want extra warmth. Keeping my index finger in the separate finger spot gives me dexterity to put my fins on and swim around. These mitts are great for cold water and allow lots of flexibility and movement.

Good all around mitt. Affordable and durable. I have been through a few pairs and recommend them highly. Are there better? I stopped looking after using these.

These mitts are the perfect gloves for cold water. My fingers were more than warm enough in 40 deg water. Having the thumb and finger out gives you some dexterity under water. Follow the size chart for the correct fit.

Warmest gloves. A little thick at first for harvesting geoducks but they compress after a while. On cold mornings l put warm water in them. After a dive my bare hand is warm and steaming
