The laser did not work right. When you would turn it on, it would be bright for a split second then go dim. It seemed like there was just a perfect position for it to be bright, but it was so tiny. There's no way to get it to stay there. Change the batteries to make sure it was not a battery issue, still had the same issue. Returned it.

Used this diving in Bonaire. The instructions request that it be turned on and left on for the entire time underwater. I don't think that is a safe approach for eye safety. It makes sense from their perspective for preventing water intrusion. I did operate it underwater by twisting it on and off with no issues. The laser light is hard to see underwater, effective within 6 feet, and we found pointing just as effective. It is very bright above water, and ok for above water use. I didn't return it as I used it.

Works great. However, to quickly and easily point out something I'd much prefer the easy and fast operation of push button operation than a twist style. My work around is in the Q&A section. For my use and preference push button would make it a 5 star device.

Well built, quite bright, nice battery system. Can be useful on a day dive but is less than obvious with so much scattering light. With a diver paying attention it serves well pointing out something close by. At night it is very obvious, as is the beam.

The green laser seriously outperforms the red laser, even big names like Orca, underwater. Visible up to 50 ft away a a bright green dot, this lets you point out stuff to your dive buddy - in anything but the clearest water it even shows a beam you can follow.

Incredibly bright and runs forever on an AA battery. Well built. My spaniel chases “green bug” obsessively. Unbeatable as a pointer in industry, I would think.

Brilliant green laser, plenty bright on sunny days to point out underwater critters. Because it has no switch it does require two hands to operate by twisting the battery cap. I had no problem operating it and no problem with any water leaking in. It’s small size makes it easy to tuck in a bcd pocket. Well constructed- should last for years.

There is no on off switch you its alaway on unless you unscrew battery cover which then makes it not waterproof
