Handy back-up. Not quite strong enough for a secondary light, but good for peeping into cracks and crevices.

This is actually an amazing light, out of the water which is why I gave two stars and not one. I dove with it several times and it didn't leak until it was used. As a back up dive light it's questionable, since it would help in a bind, but the problem is when it was used it worked as well as expected but not for long. I'm not sure if it will ever work again since it's currently drying out, but I know for sure it will never be as bright as it was since the battery leakage has clouded the led reflector. At any rate, I'm going with a different light for my replacement backup.

I bought this light in Feb as a very last minute fix for the trip to hawaii. After the 5th dive it leaked water and died. Moral of the story - you get what you paid for. This light sucks.

Me and a friend had the same problem. To turn the light on, you have to unscrew it. Top side this is fine, under the pressure of 70 feet of water, doesnt work. What happens is as you loosen it, with the pressure it doesnt work the same and before you know it, you see bubbles and its ruined.

Used light for the first time this morning. Very bright for a compact little light. Leightweight. Didn't really need the light, but just trying it out, will update again at a later time. Some fish were scared of the light though. lol maybe blinding
