No hose included.RUDOLF D : Cord is 10-12 feet long (didn't measure, but can reach from front of minivan to past the trunk). There is no hose included. It you intend to use this to inflate a kayak, you have to work pretty close to the car, which is not always practical. Plus it only works with the cigarette lighter outlet and the car has to be running for those to work (in my car anyway). Honestly, I used it once and have only used the double action hand pump since. You need that anyway if you're going to hit the 2-5 PSI for the various chambers. Total strokes needed is about 50-60 for a one-seater.

Manual high volume pump is a better choice for kayaks.

Works as advertised, but not really that useful in my application - inflating kayaks. If you have a high-volume manual pump, it's just about as fast to just use that. You'll need a high-pressure pump anyway to inflate chambers correctly since this pump won't hit the required higher pressures. And guessing when you've inflated chambers 1 and 2 correctly is much harder than counting strokes on the manual pump. Also, the lack of hose makes it a bit awkward to use, especially on the twist to connect or internal inflation ports. I used it once and now just use the manual pump for all inflation tasks. I could see this being useful if you had to inflate larger boats or larger volume inflateables.
