The Atomic Aquatics Z2 is an affordable, compact regulator system that outperforms even the priciest competitors. Built on the B1/T1 platform, it features a balanced flow-thru piston design and self-lubricating high-pressure piston seal for low maintenance. Its unique jet seat system has no sharp edges, ensuring longevity and reliability. With a 2-year or 300-dive service interval, this regulator performs exceptionally even at low tank pressures.

The Z2's freeze protection and factory-sealed first stage prevent contaminants like silt and sand from entering the valve mechanism. Nitrox-ready up to 40% out of the box, it has 2 high-pressure and 7 low-pressure ports.

The second stage features a balanced linear flow design, ensuring easy breathing at all depths and conditions. Its durable construction includes a Zirconium plated brass demand valve body, titanium lever, sealing orifice, and high-quality silicone rubber diaphragm. The patented seat-saving dynamic orifice extends the life of the second-stage poppet seat when not pressurized.

Equipped with Atomic's patented automatic flow control (AFC), the second stage optimizes breathing resistance at all depths. A soft over-molded rapid adjustment knob is available for special situations. The regulator comes with a 3/8" threaded 32" low-pressure hose, weighs 2.3 lbs., and includes an owner's manual.
