I don't think you'll gag, and you can cut the tips off if too long.JOE S : It's a standard mouthpiece. Not long like the Mares or aftermarket type.FRED A : From the airhole to the end of the bite wing measures just under 1.5 inches. A little smaller than others and hard to gag on I would think.

Tough yet Comfortable.

I bought this as a replacement mouthpiece for my Riffe Stable snorkel. I was looking for something more comfortable than the stock mouthpiece; and this fit the bill. It was very comfortable and also put up with me kind of frequent chewing.

Perfect fit

I have a smaller mouth and these fit great. I also bite hard on my regulator and need to replace fairly often. They are very comfortable.

no more cut gums

when i would dive my jaw would hurt for a day or two after but with this mouthpiece i dove 6 time in 3 days and never had a problem
