I have the spud and the tater. Love them both. I did flat pin the tater which I don't think I would have done in the spud so be careful going places you normally go in the spud. Got it unpinned in a few minutes. Took the tater down Desolation Canyon and it's the perfect size for longer trips . You can strap a small cooler, your dry bag and Chacos behind the seat with plenty of room. I'm 5'3" so there was plenty of room for me.

The Tater is sooooo much fun. Very well put together and extremely light, took it out on a local big lagoon and it tracked amazing in windy conditions although i mostly use it on raft trips as a play boat, show it a river or a lake it will not disappoint. Going to buy two more for my kids!

I purchased this kayak after getting the Tomcat Solo. It's extremely well built and easy to inflate, It handles well on the water, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. This product has exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to get back on the water again! I spent months researching other kayaks similar to these and was a bit skeptical about the pricing, but both my Tater and Tomcat Solo are awesome. Thanks, AIRE for building such a durable product!
