Like others, wasted money on inferior solutions. This is best on market, worth the premium price.

I have owned my QuickDraw for over 10 years. Initially used it wi a 13cf and then moved it to a 19cf. The product is solid, good quality, and there is little to no play once mounted. As the title notes easy to mount and release the pony tank. This is supper useful when setting up and taking down your gear. The mount has taken a beating over the years and is still going strong. This is one piece of gear that has exceeded my expectation.

After using a different pony clamp for decades, I switched to this. SUPER EZ AND FAST to swap out tanks between dives. With original installation, I had some trouble getting the main pony circle bracket to slide onto my 13 pony, the tolerances were too tight, and I had to use a hammer, but I got the job done after a bit of fussing. The "key rings" on the top of the push pins can bend easily, so replace them with sturdier ones or have backups. And those pin "key rings" on top can get jammed between your main tank/belt and the pony, so you just gotta get used to aiming them properly when you operate the pin. Fantastic clamp once installed. I am going to replace the push pin that goes in/out constantly with a Quick Release style push pin from Grainger. It will be easier to push in/out with that style of "triggered" ball bearing.

Perfect, easy to mount and doesn't slip, it secures tightly and I never worry about it. I never have to grease the pins

Really solid mount for 13 or 19 cuft aluminum pony tanks. Easy to install and manage. Much better than the other model I had before (long rod that extended from valve to base of tank).

Quick and easy. Can even be disconnected and passed off underwater should the need arise, given the proper configuration of the pins.

This is the best pony mount I've used so far, and I've had a few. The most solid, and the mount that stays where you pit it. Well done.

Loooking forward to diving this piece. As a dive instructor, I approve of the mechanics and think this will be a great addition to my gear

This mount is easy for one person to quickly mount or dismount a pony bottle. Makes main bottle changes quick and easy. I've had mine over 4 years now and there's no wear or signs of fatigue!

I Highly recommend. I would caution that when pulling pin out to take off your pony you can bend or break the grasp ring. It should come out easily. If it doesn't come out easily don't force it.

My wife and I both own one, as well as many others in my dive club. Yes, it's more expensive than others, and that deters people from buying. However, many who started with less expensive straps also bought this after spending money on a cheap alternative, so their cost is actually higher than starting with this one. What is the cost of a lost pony bottle, reg, etc., or a blown dive because you must surface to fix your tank straps. One of our dive club members suffered through eight or ten such dives before tossing the cheap web strapping based holder into the trash and buying this one. No more problems - ever. The quick connect feature of this setup allows you to very quickly change out main tanks without removing the securing strap on the pony bottle. You pull one pin and rotate the pony bottle out of the bracket, then change out the main tanks as normal. I have no idea why others seem to believe they need so much grease on the pins. I've never applied grease and have no problem at all inserting or removing the pins. I suspect they're not rotating the pony bottle fully into its place, therefore not lining the holes up properly. My wife had that problem until I showed her how to tell if the bottle strap was fully inserted into the bracket. I did add a small bungee cord to one of the pins. Although they're attached to each other with the "safety cable", they're not attached to anything else. If you pull both pins, then they're loose. I atached the bungee to the main tank strap and now I don't have to worry about forgetting or losing my pins.

This item was a replacement for another manufacturer's similar item. Theirs fell of my BCD tank strap once too often (that means just once!). I should have bought this in the first place.

This thing saves a lot of time, I was using the Zeagle dual stap before and the tank never really felt secure. Now, it's on there pretty solid and easier to take off when changing tanks.

The best solution for mounting a pony. You don't need any additional hardware, just this. Easy to add and remove pony simply by pulling a single pin. Would be nice if it was cheaper though!

Very expensive for what it does...many equally functional options on the market for less money. The pins require so much grease its impossible not to get grease on your BC & suit.

I did not use this in the water. I wasn't impressed with its overall design relative to the cost, (its about the most expensive pony bottle mount on the market). The pins are very greasy, I'd rather not have grease all over my BC, tank and gloves every time I dive. The instructions are clear about keeping copious amounts of grease on the pins. I would've kept this if the cost was $69.99 but its double that. I bought a different pony holder on LP for $49.99...looks like it will work equally well. Cant advocate for this mount until they lower the cost.
