A 30 CU FT tank is 19.9 inches tall and 4.9 inches in diameter so the aqua back pack will accommodate the tank. You will have a lot of excess strap left over which can be trimmed to fit. Functional for intended use

I bought this to use on a tank for scrubbing boat hulls and shallow water photography. Simple old fashioned design but quite functional for certain uses, especially shallow water where a buoyancy compensator isn't needed or conducive. It is NOT comfortable in any way. This is Mike Nelson material. (Search Seahunt)

Dont judge a book by its cover

I love this back pack and have used one like for years at a dolphin facility. However, it needs to come fully assembled. Also, it should only have a 1 piece shoulder strap assembly instead of a 2 piece. Its really easy to use and a breeze to clean, especially when compared to a BC.

Not like the old ones

Too small. Needs to come with longer webbing. The tank strap plastic buckle and the D ring look like they would break easily. Tank strap does not stay tight around the tank. If you ever had a good, older tank back pack (not the metal band type) you are not going to like this one.

This back pack design is one of the original styles manufactured. Harness, standard hard-plastic pack with 2" (5.1cm) nylon webbing assembly, soft tank band, and cam buckle is easy to don and duff. Plastic "latch-style" quick-release waist buckle is corrosion free and impact resistant for durability and long life. Tank Back Pack is a great item for pool cleaning or working under a boat. Soft tank band & cam buckle assembly is also constructed from 2" (5.1cm) wide durable nylon webbing that has a box stitched plastic cam buckle with a wire cam for extra strength.
