It is not overly stretchy, but it is very flexible.GARY R : No it is not. It is plastic, and not rubber. Not my cup of tea

I use these to keep my octo attached to my BC BUT this one doesn't have any flex so it's useless. I'm guessing it's useless for a snorkel too. IDK

Doesn't fit all snorkels

This doesn't fit my Aqua Lung Impulse. It works ok on my fold up snorkel -but that's not what I bought it for.

Proven reliability!
