Best if you put on before you feel nausau. If you wait til then, it takes longer for the affect to go away. We have used on Cruise ships - with 50 ft waves and have felt fine. I have also used in the back seat of a car, with a driver who doesn't drive smoothly and in a movie theater if the photograph is too jerky or fast. Personal opinion. Works for us. Good luck. Worth the investment and much better than taking medicine to prevent. A natural remedy.
