Great, comfortable option for using non-integrated weights. Much better than a nylon web belt!

This product is a joke. I am an average size male with a 34 inch waist. The belt is so over sized that I can't possibly fit anybody. It is totally useless.

The last soft belt I was replacing had a continuous belt stitched all the way through the belt. This one doesn't. The fabric is so stretchy it's hard to get the belt on w/o twisting & if you're lucky enough to get in the water w/ it, it will need to be tightened immediately.

Pockets are small and belt is only on ends, not continuous. If stitching let's go the belt will fall off

Seems well made and has worked well the few times I've used it so far. I think it's a good value. I wasn't sure the velcro flaps would hold with a full load, but I've used it with 21lbs (3 5lbs, and 2 3lbs) and it held up perfectly. I was a little leery of the plastic buckle, but its heavy duty, and didn't let go while I was wearing it. Nonetheless, I would feel better if it was SS.

I ordered this belt because my old one needed to be retired after 25 years of use. I thought this belt would be perfect . I found once the weights were place in the pockets the belt would twist when I would be putting it on . I almost always had to get someone to assist . I have been diving for 38 years & did not like this belt at all !. This was used with lead weights & warm water diving.

This fit prior to adding weights in the pockets. After not so much. I needed to add more weight than this could handle. The neoprene stretched everything out of shape because its basically one piece of material with hems sewn in vertically. Notice the pockets are inside the strap/belt with flaps outside the strap/belt. The more weight you add to the pocket the smaller inner diameter or area for you to fit in. I had 3" inches to spare prior to adding weight but couldn't reach the buckle after adding weight.

belt sags and spins with either soft or hard weights. this causes buckle to move to side making release difficult.

Nice belt. Good buckle. Well made. Very happy with it. Why do I need 50 characters to say that?

Brought the Aqua weight belt for my wife in the hot tub to prevent her from floating. She finds it very comfortable and easy to use.

I needed 18 lb of weight and it was a struggle to get the belt to latch. I had to take some of my weight and put in my BC.

I ordered a new one of these because my first one was many years old and pretty beat up. I like them because they are much softer on my hips and very easy for switching weights. What you want to do, though, is to keep other people from dropping their weights on top of yours in the weight bucket. But in spite of that mine still lasted many years and over 100 dives. I recommend the 5 pocket one and I have a 33 inch waist.

this was my first weight belt when i began diving 4 years ago. it is a decent belt and it gets the job done. the only complaints i have about it is that i wish that it had come with a metal buckle (i reaplaced the plastic one). and also the belt has a tendancy to spin and slides around your waist when wearing a wetsuit or some other low friction materal. makeing it close to impossible to ditch at times. this was the primary reason i replaced it after a while.

Product limits placement of weights in specifically located pockets. As long as the locations are good for you, then it's a very functional product. Otherwise, weight may not be exactly where you want it.

This neoprene velcro pocketed weight belt combined with soft shot weights placed in the pockets provides the most comfortable weight belt system on the market. I won't use any other type of weight belt.

Bought for my daughter at request of her synchro swimming coach. Using two aqua lead weights. It seems to be performing well -- gives lots of drag and weight for strengthening, which was the goal!

I am a public safety diver and dive in some of the worst water in Maryland. The belt works but the buckle need improving. Overall its a good belt so far. Once i get another 20or more dives on it i'll know for sure though.

The belt works great with soft or hard weights. Dries fast. It has a comfortable fit.

Placed nessesary weights into pockets. Close the pockets. Attached to waist with belt clip The weight belt simplifies the adding or removal of weights in or out of the water. Other belts restrict weight placement or removal by having to thread the weights on to the belt.

Not built for excessive weight. The nylon strap does not encircle the entire waist, there's just a length of nylon attached on each side of the neoprene. So if you need a lot of weight (~30lbs), the belt stretches quite a bit, requiring multiple adjustments as it begins to sag.

Gearing up is easy with this Neoprene Pocket Weight Belt. The neoprene weight belt is best when used with shot lead pouches for a totally soft" weight belt experience. Also works with block lead. Neoprene weight belt is made from 5mm nylon-2 neoprene with heavy-duty 2" (5 cm) nylon webbing belt for added durability. Non-corrosive impact resistant plastic standard latch style buckle included.
The belt is available in 4 weight capacities and waist sizes. 4-pocket belt fits waist sizes from 23" to 31" (58 4 to 78 7 cm), 5-pocket belt fits waist sizes from 29" to 38" (73 7 to 96 5 cm), 6-pocket belt fits waist sizes 34" to 43" (86 4 to 109 2 cm) and the 7-pocket belt fits waist sizes 39" to 48" (99 to 122 cm). Belts are available in multiple colors.
