Works well. I found erasing it difficult, but a buddy told me to use Magic Eraser on it and that worked great. My only issue is that the straps have limited adjustability. Fortunately, I has slots so I can use a bungee.

Multi page white slate is well suited for wreck training. You can use to communicate with other divers as well. I was able to tell a dive master about a found boat anchor tangled in the wreck, that had been cut away from fishing boat. Washable for continuous use. Rubber bands keep it open and workable to change pages.

It’s a great product I just wish the arm band was a little smaller. When your diving it turns a lot on the forearm. But other than that great.

We`ve all seen slates hanging down off of BCD`s ruining trim or small enough to fit in a pocket. This is neither. It velcros around your arm and gives you 3 pages to take notes on. I start on the inside page for my first dive and work my way out with each dive. 20 dives so far and a big help for my log book Noting dive location, sea life or a note to my dive partner.I like it because it wont affect trim, easy to get to and use. It did slide around on my first dive as another reviewer stated but I fixed it with his suggestion of a few lines of silicone caulk. Perfect fix.My dive Partner liked it so much she asked for one for Valentines Day! Easy gift.

Great product, just not for me. Would not recommend for people with smaller arms- the plastic arc at the back of the sheets is really wide and doesn't fit on my arm. The Velcro system doesn't really work, because it's so big\can't tighten enough to fit. My boyfriend loved it, though--so just know that it's probably a good product for someone with a larger arm.

Slate works well, glows in the dark nicely. One minor problem, I do alot of warm water diving in the Philippines, (no wetsuit required). So when this thing is around your wrist, the cord attachment point under the slate is shaped like a small rubber or plastic nub. After a while you start to notice this little nub digging into your skin even with a rash guard. If you were to use it with a 1.5mm or thicker it wouldn't be a problem.

This a cool item. Not like a slate that hangs off you BC. I haven't used it yet but it fits snugly on the wrist and out of the way and be reached quickly. I'm not quit sure on the o-rings but extra came with the item. I like the holder for the pencil as well. I definitely recommend this item.

Bought it to use on a recent dive trip. I did 3 dives a day over 7 days. Easy communication with my buddy with no equipment dragging as a flat slate might. I recorded air out and in and everything I saw on each dive to supplement my computer. This kept my dives clear and concise until I logged them. It was a little loose while diving with just a skin but a few lines of silicone caulk on the underside stopped any sliding. Easy to write on. Highly recommend it.

Very nice slate. Pages stay in place well when closed and open. Good pencil. I didn't like where the pencil cord was and I had to cut the end to reposition it. Not a big deal though. I wasn't too fond of the strap either as it is a long and I'm a pretty big guy and wear a dry suit. I replaced it with some bungee. Minor adjustments, but now it's the only slate I use.

This slate is convenient, allowing for pre-planning and recording on multiple slates. Locks open or closed and glows in the dark. I added a bot of rubber cement to the inside of the strap to stop it from sliding on my arm.

I don't have a need for all three pages (at least not now) so I simply popped them off and stored them for future use. I also added some Velcro (the hook part) to the back of the slate to prevent it from spinning on my arm or slipping toward my wrist. with those modifications, I am very happy with this product. It is much better than having it dangle from my BC or stuck in a pocket. The tube-type pencil holder also works much better than the clip type I have seen on others.

I really like this. As I dive, I make short notes. 15m - 5' Nurse Shark 32m - Sting Ray I can also make notes of start/end air, and whatever. When I get back on board I can discuss what I saw w/others. It can also help to communicate complicated messages w/other divers below.

Doesn't really fit well on my arm, guess I need to start working out or eating more. Still, I'm gonna take it on dives.

This does not fit well on a small wrist. It needs a different strap. I am rather disappointed actually :(

diving with my son who is a brand new diver was able to communicate with him different instruction to help him improve. Easy to write on if you run out of space not very easy to clean during the dive.

Works as stated. Fits comfortable on your forearm. Was a little big for my wife's forearm. The extra o-rings helped save a fellow diver's dive as he forgot his save a dive kit and we had the o-rings on hand. Little hard to erase.

Just got back from a Liveaboard in Belize. This product definately worked and wife and i enjoyed them very much. Allowed us to communicate about specific things, "where did everyone go ?, do you know where the boat is ? Why are you going this way ?" It's very easy to use but very hard to clean. Elbow grease and a little soap made it useable for the next dive. It's a little lightweight, so i wouldn't recommmend it for pro divers without some mods; stronger mounting strap to keep it secure and in place. longer strap to keep it from flipping open.

The slate is too big for my arm, but may work well for a larger person. The pencil was hard to erase after a dive.

This slate allowed for setting up standard communication messages with my buddy. Not as practical for ongoing sharing. The unit itself kept slipping around my arm. Erasing messages is tough.

Great for taking notes while doing photos or video; writing notes to buddies; mapping; fish ID, etc. Stays right on the arm where you need it; and not dragging the reef!

Whether you are a new diver or a dive instructor, or anywhere in between, you always have the need to write something down underwater. For the new diver, it may be for asking questions later back on the boat or shore about why you felt something or what kind of marine life you encountered. For the photographer, it may be the camera settings used on specific shots you took for review later. For the instructor, the ability to write underwater may be necessary for an evaluation of a student's skills.
Whatever your need, this Multi-Page Wrist Slate is curved to fit comfortably on your wrist and is available in standard and glow-in-the-dark models. If you have been night diving or in a low light situation (wreck or cave penetration) and wanted to write something down you need 3-hands, one for your slate, one for the pencil and a third for the dive light. The three-page design gives you more than enough writing space to get your message across. Slate is equipped with a hook and loop strap for mounting on the wrist, and the slate has a pencil that is attached to a coiled lanyard and a tube to secure pencil when not in use.
