So many places have banned the old glow sticks that this a must-have piece of gear if you're going to night dive. Attaches anywhere you need it to. Easy on batteries.

These are a good substitute for Cyalume glow sticks, but be careful when changing the batteries. I took the batteries out to verify the size and broke the tiny metal tab off the end when I put it back together. I did everything I could to fix it except add more metal, but nothing worked. Luckily I have another Lazer Stik I can use the batteries in so it's not a complete loss. I may buy more for camping and use around the house.

I highly recommend this light. We liked it so much I bought my husband the red color flashing light stick. I bought this light in preparation for our first-time ever night dive and so that my husband could see me if we got separated (we had to go through about 20 feet of low-visibility layer on descent). The owner of the boat could see my light “for forever” as I descended and made sure to comment on it once we back aboard. Everyone else either had a glow-in-the dark stick or a “chemstick” bought from the local Walmart. Initially I got comments about how “la-dee-da” I was having this nice light stick but all were asking me where I got it after the dive was over. I had to wait on the color red for about a month to arrive (due to COVID resupply issues).

Bought this to differentiate myself on night dives (so my customers could find me). Flooded on the first use. What a piece of junk! If I could give this zero stars I would. Save your money!

This light is reliable. The o-rings require a little patience to remove and grease, but worth the effort.

I use the Lazer Stick Marker Light Constant On for night trolling with in line planer boards. They are highly visible from a long distance, and are water proof to ensure no failure. These are the best lights for this purpose, would recommend them to anyone who wants a great light for night trolling.

My wife and I just tried these out on a night dive and they were perfect. The green is very bright -- brighter than a different, more expensive model worn by some friends on the same dive. It's positively buoyant so it floats above the diver when attached to the tank. I'd definitely buy again.

I'm sorry that I cannot give this a better rating - I was encouraged to buy it after reading the reviews posted here, and thought it would be great for when I need to guide night dives. I bought the always on blue light and used it for the first time 2 weeks ago. It didn't even make it to the end of the dive before failing - it wasn't waterproof! So I'm not sure what the point of it is, but it was a waste of money in my opinion.

These lights are great and when combined with either the Versa tank band lights or the Guardian eGear lights you cant go wrong. The lights are great for any low viz situation that may come up. I dive quarries and at times it gets challenging to keep my partner in site. These really do help. Make sure to lightly lubricate the O rings before using them to prevent possible flooding. I have not encountered flooding yet!! All in all, an inexpensive but very usfull piece of equipment that I would recommend in a heart beat!!!

I like to dive at night with as little use of my flashlight as possible in order not to disturb the sleeping fish. I made a dive this past month under a new moon and the Lazer-stik gave off enough light that I could see a few feet in front of me. I was impressed.

Nice little light. Used it on a 7 day liveaboard with no trouble on any night dives. Gives much better light then those little chemical ones. Green color shows up for quite a distance.

GOOD: Good that it comes in different colors. If you dive in a group at night, you can figure out who is who. Like the twist on and off. BAD: Cost, if you are only doing a few night dives a year ...cheaper to just use chemical stick. Keep o-ring lightly lubricated... tendency to leak.

Floats above dive cylinder when attached to the first stage or valve so is easily seen by dive buddies. I like that the light is not bright and blinding like some location lights, yet it is plenty visible by other divers on a night dive. I bought the blue light, since green lights are common, and red says "emergency" to me. It's small and lightweight for travel. It does the job as advertised.

This Marker light is a great economical replacement for the chemical stick. Long lasting, highly visible, and reliable. Used primarily in Salt Water Night Dives. Only down side is the string to attach light is very thin, would recommend using a more sturdy cord or zip ties.

This light is reliable and easy to use. It made it through one week of liveaboard night diving. I am very happy with this purchase. One note the crew was using blue lights in order to be identified.

Batteries are included - 3 small one's. The kind used in clocks. You have to tighten the base to activate the strobe, remember to loosen it when done with diving. Its a great device.

I got this light to use as a tank marker for night dives. It's easy to see and bright, but not so bright that it becomes an annoyance. It's buoyant, so it's always floating right above the tank valve and easy to see. I did change the lanyard over to some cave line, as it seemed a little flimsy and I wanted something a litle longer, as the lanyard it comes with won't let it be attached to the tank valve stem while the regulator is in place. I only gave this a rating of four out of five as I don't know how long the battery lasts.
