Wrenches have 4 sizes of 5/8", 9/16" on one wrench and 1/2", 11/16" on the other which fit most regulator 1st & 2nd stage hose fittings. The wrenches thin design allows easy access to hose wrench flats that standard thick open-end wrenches do not.
