The pin is carefully analyzed for accuracy and selected colors are hand-filled into the recessed areas with a powdered glass-like mixture. As each new color is added the pin is fired at 1600-Degree F (871-Degree C) for 2 to 4 minutes. This careful process ensures that your colors will appear sharp and distinct, and will not bleed together.
