Shopper : has anyone had problems with this fitting leaking ???DARBY R : Hello, No, I didn't have any problem with it leaking. Is it coming from the "o-ring" at the base, or from the swivel? If the swivel, take it off the reg, and press the shaft out and check the "o-rings" in side, there should be two. Sometimes, they can get cut/torn during assembly. A little silicone grease on it before re-assembly helps with this. Hope this helps, Darby Reid RLTWIOANNIS B : I never had a problem with it , all I had to do is lubricate the o rings and check it before and after a dive.HARRISON B : I have had no trouble through 16 months and almost 40 dives.DANIEL L : None at all thus far, I have had it for less than a year and have regular use (swiveling) with it over about 75 dives, including surviving international baggage handling. As this ages I have an eye to the o-rings which appear to be easy to self replace. I use this for a dry suit inflator to route the hose, I am more comfortable with that use as opposed to breathing air supply. The Omni-Swivel brand are best, I have both and with I only had Omni-Swivel.JUDI S : I have had this for over 6 years now without a problem. I just make sure each year I grease or change the o-ring.

Excellent Product with One Down-Side

Does exactly what it's supposed to do: serve to connect a low pressure hose to a low pressure port on the regulator. But what really shines about this item is that you can attach your low pressure device (e.g., an octopus regulator, your BCD, etc.) WITHOUT having the awkwardness of having to turn the low pressure device while you're screwing it in to the low pressure port. First you connect your low pressure device to this item, and then turn the allen-wrench "screw" to attach your device to the low pressure port. But there is a down-side, however. By using this item you are adding another o-ring to your device attachment, meaning that you have two chances for an o-ring to pop instead of only one chance. Still, I recommend this product.
