Mark M : What size flag would be recommended for this type of system ?NICK W : "I use the Economy Dive Flag 14" X 16" (DF06) with a wire stiffener. Works great and with the little clip that comes with this pole you can lock the flag down so it will not blow off. Nice bracket set

This is needed to lift the flag off of the dive float. Great to use near boat channels, secluded locations or far off shore. It works great on days when winds are down. I havent tried it on a windy day, yet, but I think it should hold up.

This Trident 48" (122cm) Inner Tube Flag Holder has curved bracket for easy attachment to a car tire inner tube. Holder comes equipped with rubber stoppers on the pole to eliminate flag slippage. Use of a car inner tube as a float gives extreme positive buoyancy, yet when deflated is easy to stow and transport.
