This is the battery only.CHRISTOPHER M : No it does not come with a O-ring. I purchased for my suunto d6 and it did not fit. I wasn't able to get the back to seat correctly. It's slightly larger then the original energizer battery the computer came with. I let LP konow.JOHN J : No. It did not. The battery did just fine as a battery.
