It worked for about 2 years then stopped. I brought it into a local dive shop that services aqua lung. They tested the transmitter and my computer and determined it was the transmitter that stopped working. The dive shop reached out to Aqua Lung multiple times to try and determine if there was a part that could be replaced or anything that AL would be willing to do to help outside of the warranty but AL was unwilling to offer any assistance. Since it was past the warranty Aqualung said there was nothing they could do. Wouldnt even offer me a discount to purchase a new one. My dive shop thought this was very unfair so they offered me a discount to buy a new one. Love my dive shop and their service. VERY disappointed in Aqualung not guaranteeing their product and offering NO help when their product just stopped working.

I'm very happy with the Aqualung i770R DC/Transmitter. I just got back from a 6day dive trip to the keys where I finished up my Nitrox training. Got in 2 dives a day, 8 dives, 2 deep dives, 3 on Nitrox. One thing I hadn't plained on was my older regulator didn't have another high pressure fitting for the transmitter. So I now have a new regulator as well. Still learning how to down load and save my dives in the DiveLog app. Already plaining for my next training trip and getting another new rating.

This is my first wireless transmitter, so take my word for what you will. I use a i450T was able keep a signal with my gear off for a solid 3 feet radius which i think is pretty good. It’s pretty accurate too every breath I took would reduce in air pressure so I’m able to gauge how heavy I’m breathing.i haven’t had any problems with this transmitter but I do still have a mechanical pressure gauge attached as backup in case this fails.

I bought this to go with a i750 initially but didn't like that computer very much. I bought the Perdex AI and it works great with that. It was a little touch and go with the i750.

Aqua Lung's Transmitters, used in conjunction with a compatible wrist computer, allow you to monitor current pressure and gas time remaining without a stiff high-pressure hose, while providing a more streamlined profile. Hose-less gas pressure transmission for the i450T, i750T and i770R (see SKU's: UDRI450, UDRI750 and UDRI770). Once set, the transmitter is permanently paired and will not accidentally pair with other computers. Battery is user changeable and commercially available. 2 transmitter versions available: Nitrox compatible up to 40% or 100%. For O2 Transmitter see SKU: UDRT02.
