PETZL Vulcan High-Strength Screw-Lock Steel Carabiner

The PETZL Vulcan Carabiner is a high-strength steel design with a screw lock for positive retention. The steel design is for adaptation to difficult use conditions and for heavy loads. The large size allows easier connection of multiple elements with a wide opening for connection to thick anchors. The PETZL Vulcan Carabiner's key-lock system helps prevent snagging of the Carabiner during maneuvers. The screw-lock with red indicator provides a visual warning when the Carabiner is unlocked for improved safety. The Carabiner weighs 9.35 oz. (265 g), has a gate opening of 1.22" (31 mm), and is CE EN 362, NFPA 1983 General Use Certified.
