Both sizes come equipped with EVA pads for comfort, Speed Risers to improve hydrodynamics, and a Quick Connect Tow Hook that simplifies setup at the dock.

Safety, Control, and Quality Construction
The HOVR 2 features 4 soft Ultra Grip handles with EVA knuckle guards, while the HOVR 3 increases the grip count to 6 for added stability across more seating positions. Each version integrates dual Lightning Valves and 3 ECO Valves for faster inflation and deflation. These towables are designed for ropes with a tensile strength rating of 2,375 lbs for 2-person or 3,350 lbs for 3-person, matching O'Brien's rigorous performance expectations.
