Melanie C : Are these soft or hard fins?AHMED E : I use them for free diving only. They are soft fins. I would only recommend them for free diving not scuba.SCOTT B : I would say there are hard but not as hard as some of my friends fins.FRANSISCO N : The pocket of these fins are traditional soft rubber . The blades are a technopolymer (plastic) .Designed for free diving but very comfortable for snorkeling also, if you don't mind the longer length . For scuba you might bump the reef a bit just be aware of what your fins are touching . Or just stick with a regular fin although these are super kool .Jorge C : I think they are medium stiffness. When I first started using them they felt stiff but after getting used to them they felt softer.SCOTT S : The ones I have are fairly stiff till I get in the warmer water where I dive, it seems to soften them up quite a bit.

This fins are gonna give you more power in your kicking but you have to improve you swimming skills because you've got to keep fins within the water all time, remember these are long fins wich means at beginning more effort to you if you take them out of the water. Another fine product from Mares
Always a Cressi Gara fan these are very similar in fit, quality and performance. A very good plastic fin.

Great fins
Great fins, very comfortable. I don't wear booties with them and have used them for 5-10 days straight on multiple trips. No problems whatsoever. I like that they are green so that I can easily distinguish between mine and others on the boat. I called leisure pro about sizing and whether to make room for booties/socks. They advised no socks/booties and which to order (I was right between sizes). They were very helpful and their advice was perfect. Thanks again!

Great for speed
Is really good for speed stopping and starting and turning is not the best but that's to be expected. Overall I'm happy with the purchase it was a great deal. Buy at between one to two sizes down from shoe size.

like expected
As most freediving fins size is for using with socks. I am Euro 42 ordered Euro 42-43 fits perfect with 3mm socks and even my 5mm winter socks.

Great fins!
They fit well barefoot, but using 3mm socks is a little tight. I was worried about chaffing during long snorkeling days but they do not chaff. Great buy!

Good Fins
Very nice design great value . I own many Mares products and these fins are a great . The pocket on these fins run a bit large so I must compensate by wearing neoprene socks . Thank you LeisurePro for having some products at a decent price point . And don't forget the great service and fast shipping ......

Very good fins, the best ones
They are very flexible, just the exact length for traveling, snorkeling, chilling in the sea, or be more professional. I would absolutely recommend this ones!

Great free dive fins
These are very good free dive fins. I prefer these to other long blades I have had. Light, great foot pocket. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe and the 42-43, 8-9 is the proper fit for me.
