Review Summary
Liquid Force has been Trippin' for so long, they're not even sure how long it's been. But one thing is for sure, they believe it's been a lot of Fun! The Trip has a fuller tip shape for more pop than ever before. The D-I-S-C hull has longer molded-in fins that improves control and make transitioning from novice to advanced easier when removing the center fin. Added rocker makes these new Trips perform better on today's bigger wakes. Take ride and you'll see why Liquid Force has been Trippin' for all these years. Many years ago, Liquid Force changed the definition of what a wakeboard should be with the original Trip.
From pros to novices, everyone rode better on a Trip. The wider plan-shape and small rail fins made turns quicker and jumps higher, while the extra rocker and innovative hull design made landings softer. Liquid Force Trip series quickly became the most popular wakeboard ever built. As the wakeboard sport progressed, boat wakes got bigger and boards evolved. Liquid Force redesigned the Trips to perform better. They molded the outside fins into the board to improve water flow and reduce drag. The new hull featured a double-inside-single-concave making Trips even smoother and softer on landings.
Board has a medium flex and is great for beginners to intermediate riders. Board has a diamond bat tail, variable edge rail, wider tip, and tail and aggressive continues rocker. Longer based molded in-side fins and removable center fin. Three position M6 inserts, has a polyurethane (PU) core with Dura-Glass layup, and a double concave V at ends. Wrapped molded-in side fins with removable center fin and the Trio board is designed for all 6" bindings.
