Has a bright and strong focused beam. The beam could probably reach about 10ft. It was easy to turn on and off with gloves on. The light came with a wrist lanyard which you could make tighter around your wrist. This was a great dive light!

Nice and bright, focused beam, did well on initial night dive and poking around 80 feet deep into crevices during the day. I'd like for it to be lighter, but, functions well and the battery is protected with the locking on/off switch. It will become my back-up light eventually.

I have had several Ikelites over the years, and this was a replacement for a non-halogen one that I dropped and broke. I like the Halogen bulb. it is very bright. No complaints.
