The Indy Neoprene Vest has 2 concealed 1.5" (3.8 cm) straps equipped with squeeze-style" quick-release buckles and a full front zipper closure. The vest is designed with mesh bottom drains for superior and rapid drainage, so it won't weigh you down when getting up for the ride. Vest is a US Coast Guard (USCG) Approved Type lll Personal Flotation Device.
