Included with the BLU3 Nemo Dive System are the Nemo unit, smart regulator, dive harness, battery pack(s), a traditional red and white diver down flag and an international Alpha dive flag and the Nemo online training course. The Nemo unit consists of a compressor, swappable battery pack, battery charger, air hose, smart regulator, float foam, floatation tube, snorkel tube, dive flags and a drip cap. What allows Nemo to be so compact, energy-efficient, and responsive is BLU3's patent-pendingSmart Regulator the first of its kind! Here's how it works: A silicone diaphragm inside the Smart Reg moves when the diver breathes. A waterproofed sensor measures the diaphragm movement, it then sends an electronic signal which triggers the compressor to pump air at exactly the time and speed that the diver is inhaling. Nemo pumps only the exact pressure, volume, and flow rate that the diver needs at their particular depth which means it uses just a fraction of the energy of any other underwater breathing system. That's why BLU3 can use smaller pumps, motors, and batteries, bringing you the most portable and affordable underwater breathing system ever! The Smart Regulator is equipped with an adjustment knob for perfect breathing at depth. System is designed for age 8 and up. The included battery is a 5000mAh, 72 Wh rechargeable lithium-ion cell with a maximum charge voltage of 16.8 volts, and a nominal voltage of 14.4 volts. The BLU3 Nemo Dive System is available in three models: No spare battery, one spare battery or with two spare batteries (see selection menu above). Each battery includes a wall charger. The system measures 19 x 14 x 10" (48.25 x 35.6 x 25.4cm) and weighs less than 10 lbs (4.54kg). Fully assembled in the United States of America.
