Shopper : Where the measurement say 75 cm is that the length of the barrel alone or does the measurement include the handle?Mario C : great question. Different manufacturers measure it differently... some are muzzle to butt, some are barrel length and some are trigger mech to muzzle... does not make it easy... unfortunately all my Beuchat guns are at the warehouse at the moment.
Zak B : Is the trigger/release assembly stainless or plastic? I believe the Arka has a stainless trigger/release and it's a cheaper gun.Mario C : Thank you for your question. The original and all replacements i could find online for it are plastic. Hope it helps

About Beuchat Mundial Competition Speargun

Equipped with a 28 mm (1.1") watertight anodized aluminum flat black antireflective barrel and pistol grip style handle. A hydrodynamic closed muzzle with integrated shaft and line guide, incorporate two screw on 16mm (0.63") power bands with articulated stainless-steel wishbones. Stainless steel shaft attachment system that is encapsulated on a removable module. Standard shaft is a Rockwell hardened spring stainless steel 6.5mm (0.26") Tahitian style single flopper barbed tip for fast accurate penetration. The Beuchat Mundial Competition Spear Gun is a top level spear gun for entry level spear fishers. The gun also includes a 2mm (0.8") braided polyamide line attached to the spear for easy retrieval once it leaves the gun barrel. The gun is available in length of 60cm to 100cm (23.6" to 39.4").
