Aquaglide Swim-Step XL

The Swim Step was developed as an improvement over traditional boarding ladders which are notoriously awkward to use. This ergonomic platform provides easy access from the water due to its low-profile design. Aquaglides Swim Step XL is built exclusively with advanced Hard-Bottom (HB) material for exceptional long-lasting durability. The Swim Step XL is the extra-large platform that connects on 1 or 2 sides of Aquaglide products using the Interloc system and the perfect platform for Aquaglides Adventure Series challenge courses. This product complies with all DIN EN 15649 product safety standards for your security.

The inflatable is made from drop stitched Duratex a commercial grade fabric reinforced PVC material. Ideally suited for water sports, Duratex material is the finest, commercial grade fabric reinforced PVC available. The Swim Step Platform incorporates 1000D fabric fused with layers of 28 oz. (794 g) PVC. Each Aquaglide Platinum item uses Duratex material for maximum strength and durability. Aquaglide combines the durability of Duratex with the lightweight strength of Spectra fibers to make a very high-tech, low-profile inflatable floor. Drop stich construction adds rigidity for a hard board feel.

UV Block - Materials specially treated for high resistance to the sun's damaging rays. UV damage is typically the biggest culprit in shortening the life of commercial water sports products. Consequently, Aquaglide Platinum items are treated with UV Block, the highest grade 3-year UV coating available. While Aquaglide recommend periodic maintenance with additional UV coatings, there is no substitute for having UV Block incorporated into the material right from the start. UV Block provides for years of trouble-free use. RF Weld (Radio Frequency) welded seams for high quality and outstanding durability. '"RF" or Radio Frequency Welding is the process used to fuse DuraTex material seams for years of trouble-free use. RF welding produces clean, strong seams with no unsightly glue marks or splits.

Interloc is a heavy duty stainless fittings and convenient Interloc straps for modular use. Aquaglide Platinum items connect to one another using the Interloc system. Soft webbing offers some flexibility, while remaining tough enough for years of service. Only Interloc blends the convenience of a cinch with the security of a locking connection. The Swim Step incorporates heavy duty molded handle for convenient boarding and/or transport and Halkey-Roberts type spring valve for easy inflation/deflation. The Swim Step XL measures (L x W x H) 5' x 6.5' x 4.8" (1.5 x 2 x 12.2 cm) and has a 3 person or 400 lbs. (181 kg) maximum weight capacity. Swim Step comes with a repair kit and an owner's manual.
