Super simple to operate and read underwater and above. Love the backlight feature not found on older puck style computers.

Replaced another Genesis that recently died. Love the simplicity of these computers. My issue is with the quality of the hoses. After a week of diving, we noticed a pin hole leak in the high pressure hose just before getting in the water. We rightly aborted the dive, and went back to replace hose. Didn’t want to see what would happen if that burst open at 60’. I have scuba hoses that are 10+ years old. Disappointed with the quality and not easy to replace with this console setup.

It is a good easy to use low cost computer. It's only drawback is it does not have a calendar.

The unit was easy to program and easy to use. While diving the current depth, and how much time was left at that depth were displayed. However the bottom time was not. If you pushed the button then it came up.I would like to see, depth, how much time left at depth and bottom time displayed together. Unit is easy to read. We use this computer for student training and yes I would buy another one.

Great console and a very good bargain. I would highly recommend this console as a primary or secondary computer.

I found it worked just fine for either Nitrox or Air and that part is easy to toggle back and forth as are the other option adjustments. It is easy to read while diving. It also water activates just fine, but you unfortunately can't shut it off whenever you want. It does a two hour countdown from the last use and then shuts itself off. Whoever wrote the detailed instructions did not present the info in logical oder and you have to read ahead to understand what is being discussed in earlier pages. It behaved flawlessly during three dive vacations and also downloaded all info just fine back home onto the laptop producing some nifty depth over time graphs. The only glitch was once after a download with a free download app, it did not want to shut off after the two hour countdown. After waiting several days I had to finally remove the battery and reinsert it for a clean reboot, after which it worked just fine (and saved previous dive info) and worked fine with regard to shutting down and also proper function for the next dive vacation. The good folks at LP were not able to answer any of my questions about it, but the manufacturer's tech guy was great.

I purchased the computer right before we did a live aboard cruise. During the cruise we did four dives a day and at the end had a total of 18 dives. I was very pleased with the way the computer worked and how easy it was to read. I was going to put it in my console but thought I would try the wrist mount . I was happy with the way the wrist mount worked so I left it in the holder. For the money I would recommend this product.

I ordered this computer expecting indicating bars for nitrogen and oxygen toxicity. After reading the information on the disk provided I discovered that there was not indication for oxygen toxicity, so I traded up for the Oceanic VEO 180 computer which does have both indicators in green, yellow, and red displays. Only a few dollars more. Very satisfied now. I have used this VEO-type computer for years.

This is identical to the one I used without issue for over 10 years until, when serviced, a dive shop did not seal it properly and my old own flooded. It works with air and nitrox, is easy to operate and easy to read. Popped right into my console and I am ready for the deep blue.

The manual depth dial is stuck at 60 feet and has never worked. I overlooked it since to ship it back from Cayman is too expensive. Yesterday, after using the console maybe 10 or 12 times the Genesis Dive computer went nuts and started scrolling potential dive depths and time to fly about 10 minutes into my second dive.

We have dived with these computers and their predecessors for hundreds of dives. Simple, easy to use, bulletproof, not too many functions but everything you need. Air and nitrox, logs more dives than you'll make on a trip. Rugged, reliable, and any dive shop can work on them if needed. The battery is not as common as some, but just take a spare or two on your trip and you're fine. No need to spend more money... this computer is all you need.

This computer works fine if you only dive air. But when you use Nitrox it doesn't work properly. The loading bar graph on the right shows shows you fully loaded and almost into Deco when on the same screen it shows NDL of over 20 minutes. It jumps from no Deco to 15 minutes for no reason. I compare my profile to other divers who still have 20 minutes of bottom time at depth and my computer says I have no time. I have 50 default set to no and always check my mix before each dive. This computer has cost me too much bottom time and aggravation. I would not recommend.

Delivery was fairly prompt and arrived in perfect condition with batteries installed and working properly! Upon need of a console adapter to fit my old console, Genesis could not provide what I needed so I had to contact my local dive shop to obtain it.

This computer was to replace an Aeris computer that shipped DOA. The Aeris computer wouldn't power and Leisure pro was quick to issue an RMA. The turn around time was fantastic - and I got this computer in plenty of time to learn how to use it for my advanced open water certification. One bad thing to note though - the aeris computer came with a card for a free online class to learn how to use the computer. The card was loose in the main box with my purchases that day (I purchased several things at once). For clarity the training password card did not come in the computer box - so when I RMA'd the broken computer back I didn't think to include it. I was told they had to charge me 6 dollars for the lack of card, or I could send the card back. There was no mention of this when I asked in several emails "what do I need to do to get this computer back to you". I find it hard to believe that this was really necessary. I didn't have the corresponding computer, and found it a little absurd that I was going to be charged 6 dollars when all was said and done when LP sent me a broken computer. I think a good business practice would have been to eat the 6 bucks there. When I complained to my sales rep he said I could send the card back and they'd refund me the 6 dollars. I didn't feel it was worth the trouble. I want to end by saying that I will definitely shop with LP again. This was in no way a "dealbreaker" to me - I just found it odd and wanted to put it out there.

LP shipped it 2nd Air at my request. Arrived on time and in great shape. When I realized the puck was working correctly I contacted LP via e-mail. Within a few hours I had an e-mail from them saying to box it back up and send it back for refund, exchange, or upgrade - my choice. Great customer service LP - thanks!

Super simple to operate and read underwater and above. Love the backlight feature not found on older puck style computers.
Genesis ReSource Pro Computer Console has a Pressure Gauge that reads pressure up to 5000 psi w/temp, and ReSource Air Computer. Pressure Gauge is 1.75" (44.5mm) diameter with luminescent color graphics making reading the pressure easy at a glance. The ReSource Pro with Modified Haldanean / DSAT (Diving Science and Technology) Database Algorithm, has an intuitive operation and display, with large easy to read numbers and a clean matter-of-fact screen that gives you what you need to know. Computer can be used for air and nitrox diving, and has a gauge mode option. The module measures 1" (25.4mm) thick by 2.1" (53.34mm) in diameter.
The ReSource Pro can be programmed easily operate in either imperial or metric measurements. The computer is water activated so there is no need to turn it on before you jump in the water. The computer has a common CR2450 consumer replaceable battery, guaranteeing you won't be on a once in a lifetime tropical vacation with a computer that needs factory battery replacement. Computer can log up to 50 dives in its memory, so not to worry on a day-by-day bases when you're on vacation having fun, just wait to you get home. Night diving is aided with the HydroGlow back lighting which also comes in handy when on a cave or wreck diving adventure. If altitude diving is your thing the computer automatically adjust up to 14,000' (4267.2m). Maximum operational depth is 330' (100m), there is an automatic safety stop countdown timer and full decompression stop countdowns as deep as 40' (12.2m) when required. Computer has both digital and bar graph indicators for nitrogen, oxygen limits and ascent rate.
When diving computer will display your dive time remaining (NDL), current depth and in a bar graph form nitrogen loading and current ascent rate. If decompression is required you will see a bar graph indicating your deepest stop required, total ascent time, stop time and depth of stop, current depth and an up arrow indicating need to ascend to the stop depth.
Pressure Gauge reads pressure up to 5000 psi and features a thermometer for temperature readings. The SPG has high visibility graphics with bright red from 0 to 500 psi reserve air orange indicators between 500 to 1,000 psi for extended reserve air for deeper dives and blue between 1,500 to 5,000 psi. Gauge face is luminescent for low light situations.
