I've used Windows 7 (64 bits) and works. I have not tested with Windows 10.

I have used the USB cable with both Windows 7 and Windows 10. The OS recognized the USB cable once the oceanic software was installed.

Just go to the oceanic website and download the latest software.
I used it two days ago on my desktop with Win 7 ultimate.

Yes, although I have mostly used it with my old XP laptop, and I don't think it worked with vista (nothing did) I think it works fine on 7. I only recently upgraded so I can try it again if you want 100% verification.

Does Oceanic need a special adapter to use with quick connect? I am having trouble getting my money back because the seller did not state I needed a special adapter for this computer in his ad.He states that I have 'an odd ball 1st stage' - ever heard of such a thing? I have opened a dispute with E bay, but thought you might give me a quick answer. Any input would be appreciated.

My quick connect direct on mt 1st stage, all 3 of them .
So far i know it sepose to fit direct on your 1st stage.
