When looking for a mask you also need a great field of vision well this mask was designed to meet those and more desirable qualities. Frameless masks give the diver the widest field of view in a single lens mask design. The Venom Frameless is incredibly comfortable with low-volume, hydrodynamic construction and exclusive Atomic wicked styling. Co-molded with two silicone materials in two levels of softness two different hardness silicone materials are co-molded together to form the mask skirt which is bonded directly to the glass, eliminating the need for a frame and providing maximum viewing area.  Gummi Bear ultra-soft (10 shore) silicone creates an incredibly soft yet reliable face seal. Provides an incredibly soft and accommodating face seal for all kinds of faces. New special geometry of the face seal is optimized to take full advantage of the ultra-soft silicone material. The ridged silicone skirt section is also soft but won't collapse, distort, or fold under pressure or in turbulent conditions. Keeps the skirt centered on the face for a reliable seal. And the mask features the exclusive Atomic UltraClear lens. It will change the way you think about dive masks. The mask has a low volume profile to add to the increased field of vision. Low volume also makes mask clearing easier due to less water needing to be displaced. Mask is equipped with easy squeeze adjust buckles that are mounted behind the lens for a more hydrodynamic design. A single window like the Atomic Frameless, but it has a high bridge and tear-drop shape like the SubFrame's dual-window design. Its easy-to-use squeeze-to-adjust buckles are soft-mounted to the mask skirt, which allows flexibility in strap positioning, plus they can be folded flat for packing.  Where the Venom differs from its SubFrame and Frameless cousins is in its lens construction. While the SubFrame and Frameless lenses use ultra-clear glass, which has a reputation for optical quality in its own right, on the Venom Mask, Atomic uses an even higher-quality glass imported from Germany. What makes UltraClear special? Did you ever notice that normal dive mask lenses have a green tint to the glass? To see this tint, put your existing mask up to a piece of white paper and see for yourself. The green tint you see is the result of iron impurities left over in lower quality float or window type glass. That green tint distorts true colors and blocks out some of the light that reaches the eye. UltraClear is a new and exciting optical quality glass with exceptional clarity and high light transmission, with no color distortion. The exceptionally high light transmittance and lack of distortion in the UltraClear lens maximizes the light available for improved visual acuity, especially underwater in low light conditions. Called Schott Superwite glass, it allows more-light to penetrate than even ultra-clear glass. The imported from Germany glass is Schott Superwite UltraClear lens that allows up to 96% of available light to reach the eyes.  As with all Atomic masks the Venom has a double feathered edge silicone rubber skirt with a wide split strap design, which in combination, afford an excellent fit and seal on the face. A one-handed nose well for easy ear equalization brings the lens of the mask closer to the diver's face further increasing the field of vision. The Venom comes with a mask box for transport and storage.

A very comfortable mask, especially in deeper waters.  At 85 feet I didn't feel a lot of pressure from my mask.  The visibility was really good through the lense and the mask is very travel friendly and is it collapses down to fit nicely in luggage.  Would highly recommend

Couldn?t get it to stop fogging up. Used multiple options but none of them fixed the problem. The fit was good. Very clear glass when it wasn?t fogged up.

I really like this mask

This is a great high quality mask. Unfortunately it does not fit my face and I didn’t find that out until after Leisure Pros generous return policy. Anyone want to buy an almost new Atomic Venom mask????

Great mask if it fits your face

I have owned probably 4/5 masks in the past 25 years of diving and none are as comfortable and clear as the Atomic Venom. Just returned from Bonaire using it and it preformed flawlessly. The pre-diving cleaning with toothpaste (cleaned thoroughly 3 times) resulted in no residue or fogging. Not an issue as sometimes reported. Highly recommend and you get what you pay for.

Excellent mask.

I bought these for the good visibility and soft double edge fit. But I have yet to find a good way to prevent fogging. I've tried flaming, toothpaste abrasive, three different antifog sprays and they still fog up. They are now my spare mask.

Expensive, good visibility, difficult to defog

I am a dive professional and I am returning my 2nd Atomic Venom red mask. in both case within 6 months the color red changed to orange. This red accented mask has a failure in holding the red color. The manufacture is good about making the replacement, but who wants a red mask that turns orange in 6 months.
Comfort-wise and vision-wise the mask is great. If you want an orange and black Atomic Venom mask this is the product for you.

Venom Red Frame

Nice mask, very comfortable, good view... unfortunately it didn't fit perfectly and leaked.  So if it seals on your face, a great mask.

I had a problem with my first dive but it was just me not knowing how to allow it to sit on my face. After playing with it at home after that dive and adjusting the Straps to properly fit my hood it fits like a glove and I have to say it's an amazing mask.

Frameless mask

Not all masks fit all faces, people that say theirs are leaking its more than likely because the mask doesn't fit their face. Not the masks fault. If it fits you, you will love it!

AAA-mazing

I am a new diver, with about 45 dives in the USVI; I had been using a mask I originally got for snorkeling because it fit well, although the range of vision was limited. I got my Atomic Venom Frameless just in time for a trip to St Martin and Statia. Not only was the diving awesome, but the mask was a dream. Great fit with no leaks, and extremely clear vision. I love it!

Big difference!

This mask is beautiful and has a wide clear field of view. I own a regular Venom mask that works great however this frameless model I just could not keep it from leaking. It is extremely comfortable but that doesn't make clearing your mask any more enjoyable.

Mask leaks too much

While the mask is incredibly comfortable it fogs over extremely easy. For the money I dont see the value.

Leaks like heck and won't seal around lower face.
