Spearguns

A speargun is the most essential piece of equipment for spearfishing, allowing you to hunt fish efficiently and accurately. When choosing a speargun, it’s important to find one that is easy to use, comfortable to handle, and suited to your experience level.

The length and power of the speargun should be matched to the type of fish you are targeting and the environment in which you are diving. Shorter spearguns (50-75cm) are ideal for low-visibility waters, reef hunting, or maneuvering in tight spaces, while longer spearguns (90cm and above) provide greater range and accuracy for hunting larger fish in open water.

Band-powered spearguns, also known as rubber or sling spearguns, are popular for their simplicity and reliability, whereas pneumatic spearguns use compressed air for more compact power.

Speargun Shafts

The shaft is the backbone of the speargun and is responsible for propelling the spear tip towards the target. Look for shafts that are compatible with your speargun and made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel. The shaft length should be appropriate for the size of the speargun. We offer 3 types of shafts: American Square Notch, Euro Round Notch and Pneumatic.

Speargun Bands

Speargun bands are the power source of your speargun, determining the force and precision of your shot. Made from durable latex, these bands store and release energy, propelling your spear with accuracy. The thickness and length of the bands influence both the power and ease of loading, making it essential to choose the right bands for your spearfishing needs. Whether you're replacing or upgrading, selecting high-quality bands ensures consistent performance in any underwater environment.

Spearfishing Knives

A spearfishing knife is an essential tool for safety, efficiency, and ethical hunting. It allows divers to quickly free themselves from entanglements in fishing lines, kelp, or speargun shooting lines, ensuring a safer dive. Designed for dispatching fish humanely, cutting through monofilament or ropes, and handling underwater challenges, spearfishing knives are compact, corrosion-resistant, and equipped with sharp tips and serrated edges for versatility. A secure sheath and easy-release mechanism ensure quick access when needed.

Spearfishing Wetsuits

A wetsuit protects your body from the cold water and also provides camouflage. Look for a wetsuit that fits snugly and is made of a durable material. The thickness of the wetsuit should vary based on the water temperature and personal preference. A chest pad is an additional feature added to most spearfishing wetsuits to provide cushioning and protection while re-arming the speargun.

Cressi 5mm Lampuga Unisex 2-Piece Wetsuit

The Cressi 5mm Lampuga Unisex 2-Piece Wetsuit is an excellent choice for spearfishing, offering superior warmth, mobility, and durability for extended dives. Its two-piece design, featuring a hooded jacket and high-waisted pants, provides full-body insulation while allowing for flexibility and ease of movement—essential for stalking fish underwater. The open-cell neoprene interior enhances thermal retention and creates a snug fit, reducing water flow and keeping you warm in colder conditions. Reinforced knee pads add durability for rocky entries and rugged underwater terrain, while the anatomical cut ensures comfort and efficiency during long spearfishing sessions. Whether you’re diving in temperate or cooler waters, this wetsuit keeps you protected, stealthy, and ready for the hunt.

Spearfishing Masks, Fins & Snorkels

A good spearfishing mask should provide a clear and wide field of vision, fit comfortably on your face, and have a tight seal to prevent leaks. Look for a low-volume mask that allows for easy equalization.

Long Blade Fins help you swim faster and more efficiently. Look for a pair of fins that fit snugly and are comfortable to wear for an extended period. Longer fins are generally better for spearfishing as they provide more power with less effort.

A typical "J" style or open top snorkel is commonly used among spearfishers and freedivers due to less drag underwater and a streamlined profile.
