Great tool for the water, Especially for snorkeling. Takes the load off your
Legs and you can cover more ground. The batteries are great and work
For as long as they say.

Questions and Answers for Sea-Doo Aqua Ranger Scooter (DPV):
Trey:
How much weight can the Sea-Doo Aqua Ranger Underwater Scooter hold in this case?
Darrick (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
Hello Trey, I would not have anyone behind this that is over 110lbs. This unit is not designed to pull a lot of weight. This is used for playing around in the pool, lake, ocean with not going deeper then 30'. If you would like to place an order or have any other questions please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822.
Bob:
I have two Sea Doo Aqua Rangers that have steel trigger (Throttle)compression springs that continually rust and break. I am looking for stainless steel springs to replace these steel springs.

Adrian:
I have purchased 2 units for Christmas presents .Both are failing after 5 minutes use. The unit works continuously out of water .Underwater and under load the unit stops and will restart after redepressing the triggers. Ther is no water in the battery houseing . Operation continues for 1 to 2 minutes. This is frustrating as I will have return them .do you have any comments . I have had similar issues with a more expensive unit. It is being used in a large swimming pool.

Henry:
I just bought a sea doo seascooter ranger. I read the entire manual, but I still gave questions. I tried contacting sea.doo directly and they sent me to a repart organization that didnt have someone who could come to the phone.
In trying to release the latches holding the nose cone, one released with a fair amount of pressure. The other has not yielded and I am afraid I might break the unit.
The trigger on one side depresses easily. The other side depresses about an eighth of an inch and then wont budge.

Unfortunately without seeing the unit there is little we can tell you other than if the unit is still new and under warranty, then you'll be covered if the latch doesn't let go and does break.
Jack:
What is the maximum weight that the ranger will pull. It would be used for playing around at Lake Cumberland Kentucky.

Hello Jack, going 2mph it will hold up to 80 pounds.
