This is a great replacement kit for a Cobra, as it includes a replacement battery hold-down clamp and a new retaining ring. I keep several small tubes of silicone grease in my dive gear, due to having an underwater camera housing, as well as two computers (mine and my wifes). I was impressed, as the picture only showed a battery and an o-ring, but the new retaining pieces were truly a plus to me.

Battery kit does not come with the solicone greese pictured, which was the main reason for me purchasing the kit. Otherwise I would have bought the battery at Wal-Mart for $2.50. So, I had to go to a swimming pool store and pay $12 for a 4 oz tube of silicone that will last a lifetime.

This is listed for that computer. As long as the computer lists this as a user-changeable battery and you follow the instructions in the manual the warranty should be no problem.
