It was a pleasure to receive my order so quickly. I immediately applied the stick-on optics accordingly to the applied instructions and was amaze how easy it was and its durability once the optics were dry. This product has immensely improved my ability to read my depth and air gauges. If it wouldnt have performed as expected, my next step would have to get my mask serviced with a vision script. Thanks Scuba.com!!

Rating: Nice product
Reviewer: Rick Crosby,
I needed readers for my mask and these fit the bill nicely. They were easy to install and I have not had any problem with them coming off...even during flooded mask skill practices. They could be a bit larger though.

Rating: not worth the money
Reviewer: Gary R.,
I followed the directions the little plastic disc fogged up constantly even with defog. my vision with the optics was no better than before I dove 3 times with this product and decided to toss them. I gave 1 star because that was the lowest it went

Rating: Outstanding Service
Reviewer: Robert K.,
After reviewing online and indicating, In Stock, order the DiveOptx lens. After some communications I received an email that Scuba.com was going to send me new masks (we ordered two, one for my and I) with lens that matched our prescriptions. The best part of Scuba.coms message was that they were only charging us the price we were going to pay for the DiveOptx as they knew that we were going to use these items for our dive trip in March. This was all done at their suggestion to apologize for our inconvenience, which had to do with their vendor, nothing that Scuba.com had done (basically out of Scuba.coms control). We were so pleased with the masks when they arrived and couldnt be happier with the Customer Service and willing to go the extra mile to right a situation. Thank you so much Scuba.com, youve got a loyal customer and will tell our friends to frequent your side for all their scuba needs.

Rating: Easy to install, easy to remove
Reviewer: David S.,
My order for Dive Optx arrived promptly. The instructions contained in the package were easy to follow. I installed the Dive Optx without any difficulty. They are hard to see during installation - if you wear reading glasses, wear your glasses while installing the product. Diving with them allowed me to instantly see and interpret icons on my dive computer and camera, observe and identify smaller sea life and features that I missed before. I removed the Optx for some dives, where I would be touring, rather than examining, as I found the lenses a little disorienting. When swimming along, I continually had the sense that I was going over a ridge because of the focus change in my lower peripheral vision. However, they easily reinstalled for the next dive where we would be looking a smaller features. I plan on trying my next dive installing the lens for only one eye. The price was right, they perform precisely as advertised, and the ease of installation and removal was simple.

Rating: Dive Optix 2.00
Reviewer: Charles C. Plumley,
The Dive Optix 2.o is a good buy and does work under normal conditions when following all the Instructions on the box.
However, I found that they are too small and should be larger in length to fit Dive masks more properly. I will still use them in my mask be cause of the needed magnification.
Thank you ,
Charles C. Plumley

Rating: Really works!
Reviewer: DAVID OLIVER,
Used the 1.75 diopter and they worked great. They were a little tricky installing. Let dry for two days before using. Used them for four dives and had no problems. It was nice to be able to read gauges again.

Rating: Let them dry REALLY well
Reviewer: Thomas Grugle,
Not easy to install at all. Directions say to let them dry 24 hours before use. I did that and promptly lost one the instant the mask got wet. After letting it dry for two weeks, the one remaining lens works well and has stayed put.
Before you buy, remember that water has a diopter or so of plus in and of itself (which is why things look closer than they are). So you may not need reading lenses underwater at all.

This is the second set I have purchased.Lost the first set after my other half took a garden hose to my mask after a night dive, whoops! If you follow the directions, they stay in. A little patience and they work well. Can see my computer and camera now.Cheaper than replacement lenses and you can change them as your eyes change.

Rick:
I not see the 1.75 lens on your order form. I was thinking that the 2.0 will be to strong. Is the 2.0 lens a little weaker?
Thank you,
Bill (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
2.0 is a very common and most popular lens and should work fine instead of 1.75

Thomas:
Is the size of these lenses about like a nickel, or quarter? Is the price quoted for one lens, a set of two or what? Each of my eyes has a different prescription. Thank you.
Bob (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
The dive optics come in a set of two lenses and are about the right size to fill up the bottom 1/4 of an average dive mask lens.

Jeff:
Do these lenses get cemented in like the old glass ones or are they like a static cling vinyl? What is their diameter, and could I make a bifocal by butting 2 halves together?
Bill (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
These use a static cling to attach to the glass, about the size of a quarter. Do not know if doubling up the lenses would work as that is not how they were designed. As long as the item is not used in the water you have up to 60 days to refund or exchange it.
Tommy:
How many lens come in this set?
Bob (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
2
Vadym:
I need one lens +2, another +3
How do I order?
thanks,
Vadym
Aaron (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
The Dive Optics Stick-On Optic Lenses come as a pair. You would have to order two pair of optics.
Dano:
Can these be used in an Aga mask??
Bill (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
They would probably stick to the visor, but I do not know if the distance from the eyes to the lens would allow it work properly. As long as the item is not used in the water you have up to 60 days to refund or exchange it.
