The mask is pretty good. It does feel a little sharp when the pressure is on, but Im learning how to neutralize that pressure somewhat. I wish the rubber around the frame was just a little thicker or there was sometype of cushion within the rubber - but maybe this is me being a newbee trying to figure it all out??

I really like the mask. It fits my face well. [on the small side] One thing that concerns me is that water does enter when I propel through the water. I can get it out with ease simply by blowing through my nose but it does enter the mask more easily than I would like. If it can go out, it can also come in! Over all, I´m happy with my purchase. I just did 4 Two and one half hour snorkel tours in the past 3 days and it performed up to advertised standards. I will probably buy another for my husband.

I bought this mask with a purge which Im told was a mistake by almost everyone. Im told that a purge is for snorkling, but what the heck do I know. I DO know that I spent a lot of time purging my mask of water. I dont know if it the purge, or I have the wrong size mask. I have a large face and larger "dome".
It may be a good mask, but the jury is still out for me...You need a "professional" to size your mask for you as the mask is one of the most important piece of scuba equipment youll buy.

This is a fabulous mask. It fits wonderfully and is totally comfortable. It rarely needs to be purged, but when it does it is totally easy to do with the purge valve. I also really like the ease and comfort of the unique strap it has. I have been through 3 different masks in the last few months trying to find one I liked, and this is the keeper. Im going to order a second one for a spare! All around excellent buy.

we just started our certification last week in Key West, and both myself and my sons had issues witrh leaking water inside the mask by the bottom portion of the mask.
The instructor said to pull it odwn, then it became uncomfortable
Maybe its just me a beginner

I love this mask! Fits perfect and does not leak, even with my facial hair. My instructor tried to talk me out of getting a purge and told me that both of my masks are leaking b/c of my gotee. Even though Im new to scuba diving, I was pretty sure that I wanted a purge and I thought I probably could find a mask that would not leak with my gotee. The reviews here at scuba.com helped me find such a mask.

i have purchased 2 with the purge and ordered a 3rd. the 3rd arrived shipped wrong i however did not notice this until i returned from the usa to saudi arabia. 1 with purchase was for me and 1 was for a friend. the purge valve works great but on both my face and my friends it hits the bottom of our nose. i used mine longer than he did hoping to find a place on my face it would not hurt and used it long enough that it bruised the bottom of my nose.
i was lucky that the 3rd was shipped wrong as my first mask i paid for corrective lenses so i could change the lenses out and have a very nice mask. the mask without the purge is a great mask.
my friend was not so lucky and has had to be forced to pay the much higher prices for a much reduced ion.
to make money matters even worse we are still with in our return limits but by the time you pay the shipping to get them back to california you have paid more in the shipping on the return than the mask cost. unless you have a very small face with a very small nose purchase the mask without the purge.

The XS Scuba Z Duo M-line Mask is a great mask for men with a mustache - its always a great seal. The Q-strap is comfortable, easy to use, and keeps the mask adjustment (no slipping). I have use this type of mask for the past 150 dives and recently purchased another one just to have a spare.

This mask is the best mask on the market. The rear adjustable strap is easy to use and the pad makes it very comfortable. I bought three of them, one for each diver in the family. My 12 year old daughter likes the purge valve beacause she breaths out her nose alot and it would fog her mask up. The price is also very reasonable for the quality and features. This is the best all around mask on the market. Also, I have prescription lenses and I was able to swap lenses with ease.

I purchased a Sea and Sea camera only to find that the viewfinder was too smalt clearyl see at depth. But with this bifocal mask, it si no longer a problem and its also easier to read my computer and gauges!
