I was unable to keep my 3 year old son in the water no longer than 15-20 minutes due to his lack of body fat. He was 25 weeks born premature and needs much help physically. This wet suit saved us both. He has now taken swimming lessons, played at Wet and Wild in Las Vegas and now have him in WA state swimming at the ocean side.
His life and mine has been so much more happier an at ease since he is kept warm (amazingly) and able to do what other children do as well!

Henderson 3mm Childs Thermoprene Wetsuit:
my daughter is 38lbs and 38", so should I buy a Small or Medium. I need it to fit snuggly to keep her warm, but also allow range of motion. She will be learning swimming in a very cold indoor pool for up to 1 hour at a time. Thoughts?

Hello Ester, going by that sizing I would suggest a size small.
I am interested in getting a full body wetsuit for my granddaughter who will be using it in Pacific Ocean south of and north of San Francisco. She is 11 years old, 53" tall, weighs between 50 and 55 lbs. Chest measurement is 26" and waist is 24." What suit and what size would you recommend?

According to the Henderson chart Large (6) is correct size.

Henderson neoprene wetsuits that have been registered by their owners at ( hendersonusa.com) are warranted for up to 10 years as follows: 10 years (zipper) 5 years (on all material and workmanship with the exception of damage due to Chlorine, sunlight or compression). 1 year “Head to Toe” (except for wetsuit that have been lost, stolen or damaged in use) This warranty is non transferable. Products which are not covered by the 10 year warranty will be marked and warranted as follows: for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Please read the applicable warranty information and care instruction attached and or provided with the product at the time of purchase. Henderson will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective.
