Im a warm water dive who chills easily. This vest is great alone or under my three mil. I am impressed with both the design as well as the comfort of the vest. I shopped around and bought the vest because of the Henderson name as well as the reasonable price. I think it is an exceptional value for the money! PS- refer to the Henderson sizing chart for this item as you will probably order a size different than your normal dress size. When it arrived it fit perfectly and I was glad I used my measurements and the Henderson sizing rather than the "size" I was familiar with. As always, Scuba.com had the best price and continues to be the most customer service oriented retailer I have ever done business with. Rating: Great for swimmers who "run cold"!

i bought this vest primarily for swimming and water parking (as opposed to scuba diving) because i tend to be perpetually cold during these activities. i wanted something that was lightweight, easy to put on and take off, and nice looking (within reason, of course i knew i wouldnt be winning any bikini contests while wearing it). this vest fulfills all these requirements and has made swimming much more comfortable for me. it is small enough that it doesnt look out of place at a swimming pool (like a real wetsuiteven a short onewould), but its large enough to provide plenty of extra insulation. i like how thin it is - i was able to wear it underneath a neoprene lifejacket while waterskiing and it didnt look or feel bulky at all.

I wore this vest on a recent liveaboard trip to Indonesia and found it to be the perfect layer over a skin instead of wearing a full 3mm suit. Its trim so it easily fits under the BC without bulk, and Ive had shoulder problems so the front zip made it super easy to get on and off. I definitely recommend it for anytime you need just a bit more core warmth and dont need a hood or want to struggle with pulling a vest over your head.

Ths has been one of the best purchases Ive made. Im a daily swimmer and I need the extra insulation of a 2.5MM product. Ive tried other scuba gear but Ive found that the vest in combination with a swim shirt provides the upper body warmth I need. Excellent construction, too. Strong zipper ensures the vest stays in place.

The wet suit vest arrived in perfect condition. It fit very well, especially, when I inhaled. It was a little snug, but the zipper was very well made, durable, and pulled me through. I liked the styling, and at 2.5 mm, I am sure it will do the job in the water.

This vest went well under a full 3 mm wetsuit to add enough warmth to stave off the chill at the end of an hour dive in 77 degrees. Just want I wanted. Use the chart to determine your size...a perfect fit!

Adding this vest on to a Henderson shorty was the perfect amount to stop the slight chill after a couple of dives. Very comfortable and easy to move in. Just enough extra protection for my core.
